• To deliver your custom DIY plan
• To send transaction confirmations and plan delivery notifications
• To send marketing emails if you opted in (unsubscribe at any time)
• To improve the Platform through analytics

3. Data Sharing

We share your project details (not payment info) with the Pro matched to your project. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use Stripe for payment processing — your card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on DIY Lion servers.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You may opt out of analytics cookies by using a browser privacy extension or the Google Analytics opt-out tool.

5. Data Retention

We retain your project data for 3 years to support follow-up questions and plan revisions. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@diylion.com.
